Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that were not delivered as agreed upon in the project scope. Refunds are typically partial and depend on the work completed, materials used, and overall project circumstances. Full refunds are rare and may only apply if the service was not performed at all.

Refunds are not available for work completed according to the agreed project scope, or for changes requested by the client after the project began.
